LifeForce Wellness exists because my own path back to health, resilience and balance was anything but linear.

About Liz Wheeler
Long before I understood the nervous system, nutrition, hormones or burnout, I knew what it meant to feel really, genuinely, amazingly well.
I spent my childhood playing outdoors, creating potions from garden herbs and absorbing the energy of the natural spaces around me. This instinctive pull towards healing and nature never left me, even when, for many years, my adult life took a very different path.

I am now a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching in the U.S. and a Registered Health Coach with the U.K. and International Health Coaching Association. I'm also a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, nutrition advisor and trauma-informed coach.

But qualifications are just part of the picture.

Two decades of working in global real estate shaped my understanding of how environment, community and identity powerfully impact how we think, feel, function and live.

From natural curiosity to high-performance living
Following an undergraduate degree in Geography at Edinburgh University I moved into the fast-paced world of a London-based career. For twenty years I worked in demanding, high-performing global roles.

By my late twenties I felt exhausted, my health was suffering and I started searching for answers. That search led me first to studying nutrition, then to yoga and eventually to India where I reconnected with listening to my body and living in tune with nature, rather than constantly fighting to override it.

Like many women I now work with I was functioning and capable but run-down and feeling disconnected.

Studying nutrition and training as a health coach first helped me understand how to restore my own health and resilience.

Over time that personal work became my professional purpose.

The Path to LifeForce Wellness
In 2022 I stepped away from my corporate career to found LifeForce Wellness.

I created the resource that I wished I’d had. Not a rigid plan. Not a collection of rules.

Instead, grounded and practical guidance that helps women feel strong, energised, confident and at home in their own bodies, no matter what life throws at them.

At LifeForce Wellness our aim is simple and powerful: Health becomes second nature.
Rather than another thing to manage, it becomes your way of being.

My vision, mission and values
My vision is a world where more people live really well, with strength, vitality and clarity, for a lifetime. That they find themselves liberated from unnecessary pain, worry, burnout and dis-ease caused by lifestyle habits that do not serve them.

My mission is to guide and support high-achieving, busy women who want to feel genuinely well, take charge of their health and reconnect with their energy and confidence. My approach is science-backed, data-informed and deeply human.
What matters most to me:

-
Honesty and integrity; always.

-
Quality; through fully personalised and bespoke support.
-
Curiosity; listening first, without judgement.
-
Commitment; to women ready to make practical, powerful shifts for a lifetime of wellbeing.
The SHINE Foundations
All my work is guided by the SHINE Foundations, my integrated framework that supports physical health, mental clarity, emotional resilience and lifestyle alignment.

This includes sleep, stress management, hydration, hormones, immunity and anti-inflammation, nutrition, exercise and energy, mindset and environment.

We focus on meaningful adjustments that create life-enhancing results.

No overwhelm. No extremes. Just consistent and sustainable steps that compound.
My philosophy: Health is shaped by how we live
My approach to wellness is holistic: Your home environment, your routines, your habits and your mindset all matter.

True wellbeing is shaped not only by what you eat or how you move but by how you sleep, how you manage stress, how your nervous system is supported and how your environment either restores or drains you.

I set myself a goal: By my fortieth birthday to be the fittest, healthiest and happiest I had ever been; physically, mentally and emotionally.
I went far beyond what I believed was possible and feel as though I'm just getting started.
I personally know what it means to go through this transformation and that's why I'm so committed to helping other women feel at home again in their bodies, their spaces and their lives.
This is LifeForce Wellness.
